- The desire to form a uniform body " Ala police " in all universities is driven by the desire to produce excellent graduates who possess the legal knowledge , skill , competitive, disciplined , competent and equipped with good values and high self esteem .
- Historical records say that , a team of the Royal Malaysian Police Reserve Volunteers USM ( SSPDRM ) SUKSIS KOR style has been around in USM in 1985 .
- Unfortunately , the program only lasted for 4 years due to logistical and financial management . Recommendation of the Honorable Datuk Seri Abdullah Hj . Ahmad Badawi , the idea of re- KOR SUKSIS disemarak university in 2003 and continued until now .
First -KOR SUKSIS is in UUM Sintok Orissa. A total of 75 students were involved . Now , the 20 public universities in Malaysia have established KOR SUKSIS as one of the co-curriculum courses . Universiti Malaysia Kelantan is the latest form of KOR SUKSIS university on May 14, 2008 .
SUKSIS KOR - establishment is subject to the laws of volunteer police or PVR body contained in the Police Act 1967. This means that all members of KOR SUKSIS is appointed as a member of the police volunteers and they are entitled to enjoy all the privileges and powers of a policeman during his run official duties or training .
- Module training for three ( 3) years of the special designed to emphasize the growing understanding of the career of policing among trainees in addition to equip themselves in terms of mental toughness, physical and self-discipline .
